841 Math Blog

Hi everyone,
I am Tiffany, a fourth year university student at the University of Regina. I am studying to be a Math and Science teacher, so when I finish up at university in two years I will be looking for my own classroom to teach Math in. I am excited to check out your blogs and read about what you are learning and also to see how math makes it onto the internet with your help. To be honest, I have never heard of a math blog before, because when I was in Grade 8 there wasn't such a thing. But I think it is a great idea! Well, I think this tells a little bit about me and where I am at in my education. Looking forward to seeing your work! Cheers.

For our video, we did it on poverty. At first, it was supposed to be Canadian Poverty, but we were so into the project that we did it on the world instead. It was really fun to work in a group with my friends because we were working well with each other. I really liked this project and how our video turned out. I liked watching the other videos too because it was really funny.

Our group chose Global Warming as our topic. The reason we chose Global Warming is that it's very effective to our environment and if it continues then it can cause our planet to die out.

This video is created by MACS: Michelle, Arielle, Carrie, and Sutchai. It's about poverty today and the effects it causes. It also shows ways you can help prevent poverty and to help make a difference in the world. Hope you appreciate our hard work and the effort we put into it. Please sit back, relax, and enjoy the video!

This is a video Sean and I made about Pollution and how we could help the environment around us. This explains how we could keep the place around us clean and how we should treat the world. If everything is messy and isn't taken care of then the world wouldn't live anymore longer and we would all die. So, I hope you this video will encourage you to not do the things that are bad for the environment. Enjoy!

This is a Video that ( Clarence, Jayden, Jayzie and Terryl ) made a bout global warming.
What people are doing to cause global warming and the climate change that make global warming and we need alot of people to take a stand and help stop global warming and stop causing it.
It talks about whats happening to the earth and so please people.
Take a stand and do something about it !!

This video was made by me (Gelli), Tracy, Hanbit and Maeddah. This video is about Canadian poverty and how people (people in poverty) in Canada suffer and get their lives affected by it. As you know, we really enjoyed our time into making this video for you so that somehow this video could inspire you in a way that this convinces you to help and stop poverty here in Canada. We hope that this video has touched you guys in a good way, like it has touched us. So, please think of how you can help us stop poverty and take action so that we could really end poverty here in Canada! Okay well enjoy our video! (:
